We survived!  No pictures to show yet.....we bought a water proof camera to bring on the trip, it seems so archaic compared to digital and I have no idea if the pics turned out or not....we'll see once they are developed!  It was a 2 hour trip down the river, we had our own raft to manage and went with 2 river guides in their kayaks and 2 other families dispersed in 5 other kayaks.  We spent the beginning of our trip barking at each other due to lack of paddling or not paddling in right direction...which caused us to get "beached" on a few rocks.  We made it down a few Class II rapids and some Class I's....just enough for me and the girls.  We stopped 3 different times along the way, once for the guides to take them "rock" jumping.  Everyone did it but me.....I pay too much money for this hair!!  The guides were great, helped us get unstuck a few times and would tell us which way to navigate down the river.  By the end, we had the hang of it....but have a feeling we will have a few sore arms in the morning.  Once pictures are developed, will post!
