Christmas was a tad different this year, due to the weather.  We celebrate Christmas Eve with my family and Christmas Day with Brian's.  Due to the incoming snow storm, we decided to bring Christmas with us and spend the night with Grammy and Grampy.  We had some VERY concerned girls, worried Santa wouldn't find us so they left the following note in Lawrence, next to the fireplace with a cookie:



And the fun continued at Grammy's, when the power went out for 45 minutes as we were trying to get dinner on the table.  Here we are trying to cook potatoes, gravy and green beans over the gas stove (thank goodness for gas!!).


The power came on to cook the frozen pizza for Cailey and Brennan, but mom lost track of the time and the temperature of the oven....Aunt Kelly attempts to "carve" the pizza!
